Here is a new Makeup Tutorial that is quite different to the looks I normally create!! So this is stepping out of my comfort zone. However, I think I am happy with it!

So yes today is Thursday and I am a little tardy – by a day – of posting a blog post related to the video that I uploaded on Youtube yesterday!
But …. it still is here just 24 hours later.
Today’s video is the Sweet SparkleUnboxing of the December box! I know I am so late having already received the January box. Although I am thinking that for the January box I will only do a blog post related to it!
The December box is a definite hit for me unlike the November one.
I simply love what we received and am so happy with what we got!

L.A Colors Day to Night Eyeshadow Palette
Now the colour choice is a good one as you can create a number of looks with them. However, they are not at all easy going when it comes to blending them out!
J.cat Beauty Lovestruck Blusher & Bronzer in Babe
I absolutely love this blush and bronzer combo! I have reached for this product a number of times ever since I filmed this video. You have to be so careful to not apply a lot and try and blend it as fast as possible as it does tend to stick to one place if you apply it wrongly/too much!
Kasina Professional Fake Eyelashes – 100 % Human Hair with Tapered Ends
OMG!! You guys know my struggle when it comes to false lashes! But these didn’t give me that sense of impatience and anger rather the opposite! I used my lash glue from Ardell and simply applied them correctly in one try! SUCCESS!
LA Girl Flat Velvet Matte Lipstick in Runway
This shade is just gorgeous!! I love this so much !! Even though I do not like the shape of the bullet lipstick as it makes it difficult to apply I still love it nonetheless! You do have to be careful with darker colours as they can be sheer and patchy but this didn’t give me much trouble either! Love how it settled onto my lips!
Bella Piere Cosmetics Clear Eye liner Base
I don’t really know the exact job of this eyeliner but its supposed to make the job of applying eyeliner easier. Now I don’t know if it was because the black eyeliner was good but it was a piece of cake to do some winged eye liner!
Bella Piere Cosmetics Noir Eye Liner
As I said above, the eyeliner went on perfectly and I really love how black this product is! It isn’t sheer just jet black so to say!! I love it!

So as you can see the products this month were a cuppa tea when compared to the November ones!!
I can already tell you that the January products are a hit however I did not try them! But I really think I will like them!!

Yes I KNOW! This unboxing is a tad late! I know it is late because November was 2 months ago and I already received my December box which I still have yet to try out.
The look I created with the November Box
Unlike Lip Monthly I like doing full videos related to Sweet Sparkle because if you don’t know, the box sends out a couple of products whereby you can create an entire look! So I like just opening the box and filming myself to see what look I create with said products. However, I do not think that is going to be the case for the December box.

Anyways, so here is my video, 2 months late of the November Sweet Sparkle Unboxing.
A Month Subscription costs $24.50 so it is a little bit pricey however, we get products from drugstore brands (such as Jordana,Wet n’Wild, LA Girl etc… ) which for us Maltese we don’t see much of.

The November month’s theme was Precious metals and so we got a pure metals fluid eyeshadow and metallic lipstick which I was excited about because I don’t own anything metallic in my collection!
BUT I was disappointed with this box because unlike the previous boxes we did not receive a MASCARA and I don’t think it was worth the money. I didn’t even receive the Precious Metals theme card we get every month. So it was a THUMBS DOWN for me.

Beauty Treats – Roses Eyeshadow Palette
This is an eyeshadow palette which I have used this eyeshadow palettes on other occasions besides for this video. That means that I liked it especially the rose pink shade I used in the video.
The eyeshadows are quite powder-y however I was not bothered by it. Absolute New York Products – Pure Metal Veil Fluid Eyeshadow – in Champagne
I loved this product and loved experimenting with it. It emphasised my lines on my eyelids but concealing them and setting the concealer it should help. LA Girl -Glide Gel Eyeliner
For the makeup look I created I wish I never used this product. But applying this product on its own with maybe one coloured eyeshadow on my eyelid would be great! Jordana – Coral Sandy Beach Blush Powder
The blush is not my favourite colour however, it applied well on my cheeks. City Color – Highlight Trio Palette
This highlight I LOVE! I love using the 2 lightest shades in the palette. Cannot see that yellow one as a bronzer as it has chunks of glitter inside.
I don’t like bronzers like that. But I love love love the last two light shades; they give a lovely highlighted look. Klean Color Metallic Lip Gloss
I have never ever tried a Metallic lipstick before until tryout this one. It is a little sticky and it is not my favourite colour however the brand’s formula is amazing as it dries completely matte and lasts quite a long time!

I hope you all had a lovely New Year’s! Mine went by in a blur! Literally it flew by, I didn’t realise how quick a day can pass when you are so tired from all the dancing that you did the night before!!
Anyway’s back on Saturday – the last day of 2016 – I uploaded a video and never got a chance to share it here on my blog. As I share every video I upload here on my blog I thought that this video couldn’t be the first one that I forget to share here!
Especially since it is a video that I will constantly watch even in years to come! I never did this before but in this video I was accompanied with Amy who is my best friend and I love her to bits! She even agreed to do this video with me and I am so grateful for her doing so, because not only did it come so good but I really enjoyed doing it with her as well!
So lately I have noticed this boyfriend/best friend does my makeup voiceover challenge and I thought that this would be a fun video to do and share with you guys! I really hope you enjoy watching it!

Today’s Blogmas post shall be about my new video that I just uploaded and one that I am so excited about because I really love the way it turned out!!
It is my first Holiday themed video minus my room not being decorated all christmassy yet! But alas the filming needed to be done and so here it is!!
I really enjoyed filming this makeup look and creating it. I knew what I wanted and love the shades that are found in the Urban Decay Naked Ultimate Basics Palette.
And the lip shade I used is a perfect dark red for these Holiday months! It is from the brand that I love called MUA – Makeup Academy. The shade I used was Flair. I love this shade and it lasted a long time on my lips as I went out for lunch with this look. Yes, I had to retouch it after I ate but that was a simple task to do.

I personally LOVE SPRING! I love wearing nudes and mauvey shades. As well as coral and red shades. Even though coral is not my favourite colour, but I find with a simple cat eye look it looks amazing !!!
